How do I change my learning language?

Go to Profile → Edit Profile → Select Language. Your progress will be saved separately for each language.

Can I use MioWords offline?

Yes! Once you've loaded your daily words, you can access them offline. However, speech practice and new content require an internet connection.

How does the pronunciation scoring work?

Our AI analyzes your speech for accuracy, clarity, and fluency. It compares your pronunciation to native speakers and provides a score from 0-100 along with specific feedback.

What happens if I miss a day?

Your streak will reset, but your learning progress is saved. You can always review previous words in your Word Library.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → MioWords → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Can I request a refund?

Refunds are handled through Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID to request a refund.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account. This will permanently delete all your data and cannot be undone.

MioWords supports 30+ languages including Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Arabic, and many more.
